Happy Wedding Wednesday!Summer is almost here and that means backyard soirées are all the rage! Today we’re excited to share one of our gorgeous backyard weddings to help you get in the mood!This is the wedding of Cindy & Alan! They tied the knot at a beautiful private estate in the Pacific Palisades. The backyard had a priceless view of the Pacific Ocean and the estate itself is somewhat famous as one of eleven “Case Study Houses” in LA County. Our overall vibe for their celebration was elegance with a modern twist. We worked to create a clean contemporary version of a classic look. We covered the aisle with white petals and ghost chairs. Cindy wore a simple, yet fab, white dress and swoon-worthy shoes. She carried a bouquet of white luscious peonies with roses and anemones sprinkled throughout for a touch of color. The guests worked their way across the backyard, allowing the Pacific to serve as the perfect backdrop throughout the celebration. We hung bistro lights over the dining area and icicle/drip lights in the tree that grounded the head table, creating a sense of whimsy and romance after sunset. Cindy & Alan decided to highlight medium grey tones, light purples and blushes with some creams and gold for metallic touches. We just love how clean and fresh everything looked. We could go on for days on how delicious and mouth-watering the food was! Guests couldn’t stop asking for seconds (or thirds). There was a tapas bar that made it fun for guests to create their own gourmet appetizers.We loved being a part of Cindy & Alan’s beautiful day and night! Congratulations again to this perfect couple on tying the knot!!
