What you need:

First, make the rosemary simple syrup. Put 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar & 2 sprigs of rosemary in a saucepan. Simmer until sugar is completely dissolved, and strain. Then, shake 1 oz vodka, 4 oz juice, & 1 teaspoon simple syrup in a shaker of ice. Next, pour into glass, and top it off with prosecco. Garnish with rosemary sprig if you would like, and voila!
